We LOVE coffee and want to bring you the best we can find. We source beans that can be traced to a single farm, or local collective, and we prefer to source from farms that use environmentally sustainable practices and focus on giving back to their local communities. Part of the adventure of coffee roasting is learning about the story of the farms and the regions that our beans come from. Our hope is that we can bring a part of the world to you through our coffee.

 

We have combined our  coffee passion with a mission to develop and implement a profitable business with employee growth and enrichment at the core. We began our journey in 2019 as Kaleidoscope Marketplace and just recently settled on the name GritFire Coffee as our official brand.​ Working together and capitalizing on each employee’s unique strengths we strive to spark each other to create a purposeful,  business where adults with special needs can continue to grow and learn. Of course the end result must include a  healthy dose of coffee joy, coffee love, and a delicious cup of coffee.
